ECC Spotlight: Lindsay Van Zele

Meet our Employee Campaign Coordinator, Lindsay Van Zele of INB.

Lindsay is a Communications Officer with INB and has served as an Employee Campaign Coordinator (ECC) for 15 years! With such longevity in this role, we had to know what she would say to others who are considering becoming an ECC in their own companies. She said "I highly recommend it. You will get to brainstorm and plan with others you may not get to work with daily."

Lindsay says that she "jumped at the chance" to become an ECC and make their giving campaigns more fun and engaging. She says a successful campaign is made up of three things: 

  • Good planning
  • Great communication to all staff
  • And being a good cheerleader!

Lindsay says she supports the United Way because she knows all the money stays right here and funds local programs. She is also volunteers with United Way and enjoys "getting her hands dirty" at the Day of Action.
