Dear United Way of Central Illinois Community,
The leaves are changing colors, and it reminds me of the simple beauties around us every day. There is so much to be grateful for and for those that know me, know that sharing a message of gratitude is one of my core values.
Our community has faced its share of challenges but also great achievements this year. And through the challenges and achievements that we have all experienced in varying ways, I believe there is a shared experience that grounds us as a community, gives us strength and fortitude to lean on one another, and unites us as we move forward. As we continue the journey ahead, I am grateful to do so together – with our committed Board of Directors, donors and volunteers.
This year, this season, for me is about human connection, shared experiences and a commitment to lifting each other up. I have continued to be inspired to see families, teams, neighborhoods, cities and counties come together and for that there is much to be thankful for.
With that, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each of you. Your support is nothing short of extraordinary. Whether through your generous donations or the invaluable gift of your time, you've been the driving force behind the impact we've achieved. Your contributions have paved the way for vital initiatives and programs that have touched countless lives, offering hope and support where it's needed most.
As we prepare for the busyness of the holidays, I am grateful to have the opportunity to thank you for helping us lift families out of crisis, provide stability and resources for those in need and to invest in education so every child can thrive.
It is an honor to serve alongside of you. Your support makes all of this possible and I again am grateful for each of you as you chose to Live United.
With Gratitude,
Marne Fauser
